Returns & refunds

At Hundr, we're committed to your satisfaction and your pup's happiness! For health and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind once the package has been opened.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund the item — just send us:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of issue

Refund processing
