Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund the item — just send us:

How long do the treats stay fresh?
Our treats have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 30 days for optimal freshness.

What if my dog doesn't like the treats?
